These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Chevaya. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2) Product information

We do our best to describe our products as accurately and up to date as possible. However, minor errors such as typos, inaccuracies, or changes in product details may occur. Such errors do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation unless legally required.

3) Ordering & payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods may differ by country and region. Customers are responsible for checking which payment options are available for their location at checkout.

4) Processing & delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated timeframes (unless stated otherwise):

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)
  • Shipping method: Orders are shipped directly from our supplier/fulfilment partner in China

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs procedures, carrier delays, peak periods, or local circumstances.

5) Returns & cancellations

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refund Policy for all return conditions and instructions.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@chevaya.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.

6) Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking confirms the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

7) Intellectual property

All content on our website (including but not limited to text, images, product photos, designs, logos, and branding) is the property of Chevaya or its licensors and may not be copied, used, or distributed without prior written permission.

8) Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@chevaya.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9) Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
