Returns & Refund Policy (Chevaya)
At Chevaya, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. This document explains our returns policy clearly.
1) Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels/tags still attached.
- Trying items on is allowed, but wearing/using the item is not permitted.
- Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
2) Return process
- Request your return by emailing us at info@chevaya.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier/fulfilment partner (located in China).
- You send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees, duties, or shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace so you can follow your return shipment.
3) Refunds
Once the returned item has arrived at the provided return address and we have confirmed it meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days using the original payment method.
Please note:
- If the returned item arrives used, damaged, or incomplete, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund depending on the situation.
4) Liability and customer responsibility
- We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order.
