Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This policy explains how our shipping and delivery process works and what you can expect.
1) Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your parcel.
2) Delivery time
The average shipping time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to external circumstances such as carrier delays and customs procedures.
3) Shipping method & origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier/fulfilment partner in China.
Because of this, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown during checkout and depend on:
- Package weight
- Destination country/region
- Selected shipping method (if multiple options are available)
5) Responsibility and address accuracy
- If the tracking information indicates that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
- Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
